About
Having finished my A Levels in June, I am beginning my degree at Coventry University where I will study Sport and Exercise Science. I hope that my studies will provide me with strong foundations for my future and the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the factors that affect sporting performance such as nutrition, psychology and biomechanics.
Alongside my studies, I will be playing rugby. Having started at the age of 7, rugby has always been a big part of my life and I have progressed from playing as a junior to participating in the senior premiership. This season I am excited to be playing for the Saracens women’s team, representing them in various fixtures in the Premiership League and the cup.
I have also been selected to represent the England Under 20 Women’s Squad. Over the summer, I was selected to be a part of the team to face Canada in a three-match series in the UK, and I hope that in this coming season, we will continue our success in the following international fixtures. As a passionate sportswoman, I hope that my course will help me to develop the skills needed to achieve my long-term ambitions of playing rugby for the England Senior team.
